The apartment is equipped with a queen bed with a Casper mattress, high end linens and two nightstands. In the entry way there is a small cafe table that seats two. The bathroom has a tile shower, small vanity and toilet. The apartment has plenty of closet space and includes a stacking washing machine and dryer that is available for guest use. 

It has a light beachy decor. It is a very quiet location with a small private patio where you can enjoy your breakfast and a cup of coffee. A boat slip is available with the apartment for an additional cost. 

A two minute walk to Rowayton Market offering restaurant quality prepared foods and groceries, store made cold-pressed juices and freshly baked breads. Enjoy breakfast on the outdoor waterfront deck!

An 8 minute walk to the United Church of Rowayton, a popular wedding destination.

Rowayton Train station is less than a mile away and Darien train station only a 6 minute drive. From here, you can hop on the train to NY Grand Central in just over an hours train ride.
